The two-class rule: strategy answers are required and lock early — they gate the build. Tech connects are skippable — the operator absorbs them with the access we hold. If time runs short anywhere, Shiela is doing tech, never debating messaging.
0Thanks, you're underway

Thanks for signing up. To build your ads, your assistant and your pages, we need a few details only you know. Most of it is filled in already and takes about 10 minutes. Do what you can and skip anything you can't. We'll pick those up with you.

1bConnect your accounts

We check each one works as soon as you've done it and you'll see the tick. Skip anything you can't do.

Facebook: ad account + business pageto do

One click connects both, so your ads can run, we can see which ones bring in customers, and messages to your Facebook page reach your assistant.

Google: ad accountto do

So your Google ads can run and we can see which ones bring in work.

Your calendarto do

New bookings go into the calendar we set up for you. Connect the one you already use so the two always match and you never get double-booked.

Your websitewe're building it

A new website is part of your setup, so there's nothing to connect here. You'll see it for approval before it goes live.

This card is ADAPTIVE from the sales call: site-rebuild flagged (Hyde's case) = the card above, no ask. Keeping their existing site = "Your site runs on WordPress. We need a WordPress admin login so we can add the chat assistant and measurement for you." No website at all = "Your ads will land on a page we build for you."
Your web address (domain)to do

hydeautomotive.co.nz is registered with Crazy Domains (we looked it up). We need your Crazy Domains login to put the pages we build under your name and make sure emails from the system reach inboxes.

Your customer listto do

We use this to invite your past customers back in. The easiest extra work you'll get. Upload a spreadsheet of names and contact details and we'll load them into your system. Nothing goes out until you've okayed it.

Photos of real jobsto do

Your logo and website photos are already in. Phone photos of real jobs make the ads stronger: your workshop, the team, jobs in progress.

Skip copy is deliberately plain ("we'll sort it with you") — no internal terms like "Go-Live Check" in client-visible text. Gating skips additionally state the consequence in plain words (shown when you click skip on Facebook/Google/calendar). "I don't have an ad account" routes to a create-it path (the SOPs exist) or hands to the operator. Every verify/skip lands in the operator queue (tab 5); Meta instant-form mappings are monitored the same way so an unmapped form can't silently exist.
Your setup: ads for 2 services (WOF and servicing) plus your AI assistants. One replies and books jobs, one invites past customers back. We keep it to this while we set you up. Add more once you're running.
A1The page your ads send people toapprove
[ live preview of the real page, opens full-screen ]
A2Your messagesapprove

We send messages to new enquiries to encourage them to book. This is the first one:

"Hi Dave, thanks for getting in touch about a WOF. When suits you this week? We've got slots Tuesday and Thursday." ("Dave" becomes each customer's real name.)
The plan: follow-ups to new enquiries over 3 weeks · messages inviting past customers back in · booking reminders. All in the same tone as the example.
A3What your assistant doesapprove

When someone gets in touch, your assistant will:

· Reply straight away, any time of day
· Find out what the vehicle is and what it needs
· Answer questions about prices and hours
· Book the job in
Once you've approved it, you can have a go at tripping it up yourself before it goes live.
A3 reflects how the assistant actually works: it pursues objectives (find out X, answer Y, book) and forms its own questions in conversation — so the client approves WHAT it finds out and does, never a script of exact questions. Drop-off time etc. is part of the booking step, not qualification.
OPShiela's view — the Go-Live Check agenda builds itself

Every skip, stall or failed verify lands here with severity. By the Go-Live Check the agenda is written. Anything marked access held she clears asynchronously — no client needed.

Hyde Automotive Google ad account — skipped ("doesn't have one") GATES ADScreate with client
Hyde Automotive calendar — not connected, stalled 48h → nudged GATES SYNC
Hyde Automotive domain — access granted ✓ access held — do async
Hyde Automotive photos — deferred nudge scheduled
Hyde Automotive customer list — "in my garage software" → import + consent before win-back sends
The deal: her time goes on tech she can mostly do without the client (the deck collected the access), never on strategy. If the client did everything, the Go-Live Check is five minutes of sign-offs.
